SCT has been doing business in China for over 10 years, overseeing a range of manufacturing projects from building materials to furniture for a client roster including Wal-Mart, Radisson Hotels, LoveSac, Hilton, Universal Furniture, Costco.com. SCT is led by a bilingual Western management team that lives in China, working together with local Chinese staff to ensure timely and quality products at market-leading prices.

With a management team possessing over 40 years of building and construction management experience, entering the building materials market was a natural fit for SCT. The company currently supplies cabinets, granite, and other building materials on a large scale to a broad range of customers from medium-sized developers to large hotels, such as Grand Bay Hotel in the Bahamas and Waikiki Hilton. Our clients benefit from our extensive network of suppliers and partner factories. Now SCT has developed a kitchen-in-a-box program, making the same network of low-cost quality products available on a custom basis for the individual consumer. The KIB program allows buyers to build their own custom kitchen with our huge selection of cabinets, granite countertops, wood or tile flooring, sinks, and faucets. Supplied in easy, pre-assemble packs delivered directly to their homes, the KIB arrives ready for installation by the end consumer or a local installer.

1. Request-for-Quote—after viewing samples and our website (www.kitchen-in-a-box.com), the customer fills out our RFQ form (see attachment) for each product category:

Cabinets: dimensions, wood, color, style, and hardware
Granite: dimensions, color, and edging
Flooring: dimensions, material, and color
Sinks and faucets: select from models shown

2. Quoting—SCT will provide a quote within one week, including total cost with delivery. In addition, a CAD drawing of the kitchen design will be included for customer approval.

3. Production—after confirmation of kitchen design and payment from customer, production begins immediately. Star Hammer oversees production and quality control of each KIB.

4. Shipping—kitchen-in-a-box will arrive on the customer’s doorstep within 60 days from order confirmation.
